Happy hump day everyone! Currently working on getting everything situated for Matt and I to head to Seattle this weekend for a wedding. Thanks so much to everyone who sent in recommendations. While we’re only there for a few short days, I’ll definitely try to share anywhere we eat or visit.
If you’ve been following along on stories this past week, I mentioned I’ve been ordering all the sweater dresses to find the best ones under $100. They’re one of my favorites to wear in the fall and I’ve picked up a few great options from Nordstrom.
This crewneck sweater dress by Topshop is only $67 and comes in 2 colors. It’s made of a thicker material and not see through at all. I’m 5’5 wearing a size small for a roomier fit as pictured on the model.

I also picked up the same dress in black, but in size XS. I prefer the smaller fit for more of a “going out” look, but would say to stick with your normal size if you prefer a comfier fit.
Black Sweater Dress (xs) // Boots are old Vince Camuto
I also picked up some midi style sweater dresses. This one is only $78 and comes in 3 colors. It has a v-neck and made of a thicker material so it isn’t see through. I went with my normal size small and it fits as shown on the model. It can easily be dressed up or down and I styled it both ways so you have some inspo.

Chelsea Boots (tts) // Similar Vest
Same dress as above, but in black. Also available in a deep burgundy color.

If you prefer a more fitted sweater dress, this is a great option! Comes in a few colors and has a fun side slit thats not too revealing. I’m wearing an XS, and would say to size up 1 if you’re between sizes or prefer a roomier fit. It’s made of a soft, thicker material and has some stretch. You could toss on a sweater for a layered skirt look.

A big thanks to Nordstrom for partnering on this post!
